NOTICE ON FILLING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
All complaints may be filed by the client in writing in the Office of the Agency at Mjesto Primišlje 63, Mjesto Primišlje, Slunj 47240, Croatia. Or via e-mail (info@plitviceoutdoor.com) within 8 days of the end of the journey and the agency will reply within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
In accordance with Article 10. 2 Consumer Protection Act (NN41/14), all possible complaints can be submitted in writing to the address:

Court jurisdiction
You have the right to judicial arbitration. The Client and the Agency will aim to settle possible lawsuits. If an agreement is not reached, it becomes subject to the authority of the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
