Surrounded by hills and mountains we recommend bringing a rain jacket, hat or had covered, polarized sunglasses, rubber boots, waders if you prefer, and wet wadding equipment. By your request tell us in advance what equipment you want to rent as sometimes you are just on holiday with a family.

On request for additional costs, we can pick you up and drop you back at your accommodation.

Booking is not confirmed till you have received written confirmation from our staff or your booking agent. You can do a reservation via telephone but we need your name and number of participants in written form from an email, social media, or message applications.

We reserve the right to alter trip itineraries or change locations if necessary due to weather, changes in water level, or other factors beyond our control. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the cancellation has been made by the operator concerned for any reason, a cancellation fee will not apply. You can cancel the tour anytime for a 100% refund as long as the cancellations are 48 hours before the booking date.

No refund if canceled within 48 hours before the activity.

Plitvice Outdoor is not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items. 

Plitvice Outdoor will reschedule the activity for a day or two prior to or after the date booked, if possible. If rescheduling is not possible, the payments will be refunded in full.

Re-scheduling:

Activities can often be rescheduled if sufficient advanced warning is given to us. There is usually no charge for this.
